What we do
After a hail storm or a flooded basement, many homeowners do not know who to call or which contractor to trust. Ohio Damage Response makes the first step simple: you describe the damage once, and we pass your request to up to three independent contractors who serve your ZIP code and the type of damage you have.
What we are not
We are not a contractor, roofer, restoration company, public adjuster, or insurance company. We do not inspect, repair, or negotiate claims, and we do not guarantee any contractor's work. Contractors may pay us a referral fee; that is how the service stays free for homeowners.
Where we are
We are based in Ashland, Ohio, and focus on the I-71 corridor: Columbus, Delaware, Mansfield, Ashland, Wooster, Medina, Akron, Canton, and Cleveland.
